What To Expect As Our Client

What to expect as our client, from an on-boarding, business, creative and design process perspective.

We thought it’d be advantageous to provide details as to what it’s like working with us. From how our business process gets started to how our creative and collaborative processes progress, we wanted to provide some insight and walk you through our processes from start to finish. It is our hope that this will provide you with the confidence needed to make the decision of choosing your digital design firm.

Overall, our strategies and processes have their flexible and constant factors based on the client’s individual needs and projects details. It is no question that clients come in many forms so we have set our processes to also function this way. Our clients are provided an environment that adapts well to change to account for creativity and idea execution. Let’s take a look at the finer details.

Contact.

We begin by getting a brief understanding of the project and business requirements. Through completion of our quick Questionnaire, we are able to see if your organizational/brand values, goals, and budget line up with our skills and resource availability. Upon completion, we like to get on a quick phone call and validate the initial details submitted.

Budget & Time.

There are instances where we may request additional information following our initial conversation to ensure we provide accurate price and time estimations. We know that time is too valuable a resource for us all to not take full advantage of that which we have, so we don’t like to waste it if these items don’t jive.

Terms and Deliverables.

Initial Questionnaire, check. Phone calls, check. Budget and timeframes, check. So far, so good! Let’s move forward. We will put together the Agreement and Deliverable timelines. Our agreement simply protects all parties involved and defines the project details to ensure all necessary areas are accounted for. Our deliverable timelines and details provide clients with all the information about what to expect, when to expect it and what is expected from them. This way, a defined plan is outlined and it is easier to determine when and how deadlines were missed if that should occur. We strive to ensure we are fully capable of meeting client deadlines before we agree to move forward.

It’s A Wrap.

We finalize the project with a Wrap Up Call/Meeting (flexibility). This is our way of celebrating the introduction of the completed project with our new associates as well as providing the client with additional opportunities to express any concerns. Our process allows us to reveal the issues our clients are experiencing digitally that will benefit from implementation of our strategies and solutions.

How It’s Done.

After we have gained a clear understanding of the issues and business operations faced, we immediately get to work. We are unable to offer any specifics regarding actual starting points as this varies on a case by case basis, dependent upon multiple client factors. The most straightforward explanation we can provide is that we use the information from the initial project stages regarding the business/brand values and target audience (Questionnaires, conversations and strategic field research). One crucial aspect we strive to uphold is our ability to provide timely deliverables to allow for ample client review and feedback. Revisions and changes are common and may last a couple of rounds to fully meet client satisfaction standards. Our clients are kept up-to-date throughout the entire project and provided consultation for their defined issues.

Go Digital.

Testing is the name of the game. Final approval is followed by rigorous testing of embedded content(links, images, etc.) prior to moving the site to the live server and celebrating the project completion. 🙂

It’s Not Over Yet.

Dependent upon your project package selection we may begin a long-term relationship providing your webmaster, hosting or other available services. If not, we will still provide on-going monitoring and U.S. based support following the project launch. There are situations where visitors or even the clients themselves, uncover issues.
